The main attraction at Tihocaj Estate is its curious Wagyu cattle, which eagerly greet visitors, offering a rare opportunity to experience these exceptional animals up close.

A new Chapel of the Holy Cross, built by the local community in 2017, stands as a place of peace and reflection. In 2024, in collaboration with Nature Park Žumberak - Samoborsko Gorje, the Štetner family, and Pfizer, a beautiful bird observatory was constructed on the estate’s fields, just a 15-minute walk from the village.

The surrounding landscape is enriched with breathtaking views and scenic peaks, making it an ideal destination for hill climbing, trekking, cycling, and nature exploration. Visitors can also discover historic wells—Sitnik, Vrela, and Koprivnica, all located just a 10-minute walk from the village.

For those interested in hunting, the Sokol Petrovina hunters’ lodge is situated within the village, and the area is rich in wildlife, including deer, bears, wild boars, and even wolves.

Tihocaj Estate also features a helipad, allowing for a quick 10-minute helicopter flight from Zagreb Airport, making this secluded retreat more accessible than ever.
